Why you lose your divorce case, you keep asking yourself as a man representing yourself as Pro Se or even when you have a well paid lawyer? Possibly like in this case, opposing counsel, and General Magistrate get together in the cafeteria after the rigged hearing to discuss the case and prepare for the next fake hearing, basically teaming up against you.

This goes to show how legal business is really conducted in these court houses and how there is favoritism for women where General Magistrate Martin Proctor leaves the courtroom room and follows Ms. Jessica Tien ESQ., to the cafeteria area to give her legal guidance. This goes to show you that these hearings are rigged in the cafeteria, elsewhere and its a fake due process when this is happening behind your back. When asking one of my prior attorneys to go after this General Magistrate Martin Proctor in court, this attorney said to go find another attorney from outside Hillsborough County. When I asked him why do that, he said because whomever attorney that's going to go after this General Magistrate Martin Proctor will not be winning any more cases in Hillsborough County, Florida.
So it seems like these legal professionals all know each other and they assist (coach) each other in winning cases based on their personal relationships with each other, essentially winning or taking turns in winning based on whom they know in this corrupt court system.
Though this General Magistrate Martin Proctor has been investigated by the Chief Judges Office, and recused, the GM doesn't work at the courthouse any more, and that attorney Ms. Jessica Tien ESQ., has shut down her law practice, and the issue of this ex-parte communication has been reported to the Presiding Judge on this case, its still a challenge to undo unfair harm, to this case, because of the legal process people need to endure to correct this and undo decisocions already made by the courts. In addition there's no telling of how this General Magistrate Martin Proctor's bias conduct and favoritism for women has effected hundreds of other cases heard by him.
